Richmond Tigers v Port Adelaide Power
Thursday 9th June at MCG, 7:20pm
This is an important game for both Richmond and Port Adelaide, with both sides on the cusp of the top eight, as the battle for finals spots begins to heat up. A toss of the coin game, but Richmond may have the edge in front of their home fans and Port has struggled away from home this season.

Essendon Bombers v Carlton Blues
Friday 10th June at MCG, 7:50pm
Carlton will be looking to consolidate their position in the top eight with a big win over Essendon, who continues to languish towards the bottom of the ladder with only two wins this season. Both sides will be fresh coming off the bye, but that will likely only work in Carlton’s favour and they should cruise to a comfortable win.

Fremantle Dockers v Hawthorn Hawks
Saturday 11th June at Optus Stadium, 4:10pm
Fremantle will be high on confidence after a thrilling win over the second-placed Lions last round, while Hawthorn’s finals chances have all but slipped away with back-to-back losses. This will be a tough road trip out west for the Hawks, as Fremantle will be eyeing off a top-two spot with another win at home.

Brisbane Lions v St Kilda Saints
Saturday 11th June at The Gabba, 7:25pm
Brisbane have struggled for consistency over the past month while St Kilda are cruising after three-straight wins. A win for St Kilda would see them equal Brisbane on competition points in the battle for a position in the top four, but the Lions usually take their game to another level at fortress Gabba and should escape with a hard fought win.

North Melbourne Kangaroos v Greater Western Sydney Giants
Sunday 12th June at Marvel Stadium, 3:20pm
A hapless North Melbourne continue to suffer heavy losses on a weekly basis, and only percentages are keeping them off the bottom of the ladder. GWS are ruing a season that quickly got away from them, because they are a better team than their ladder position suggests. Not much on the line in this game other than pride, but GWS should comfortably collect the ‘w’.

Collingwood Magpies v Melbourne Demons
Monday 13th June at MCG, 3:20pm
An in-form Collingwood find themselves in the top eight on the back of three straight wins, while the once seemingly unbeatable reigning premiers have crashed back to Earth after back-to-back losses. This will be a good test for Collingwood to see where they are really at, but it is hard not to expect Melbourne to emphatically bounce back and prove a point.
